30 Days Confidence Challenge

Want to know how to gain or build on your confidence in just 30 days?

We want women to feel like they can accomplish anything, whether that be their perfect gym body, building their career or being the best version of themselves. Over the next 30 days we want to challenge you to build positive habits that will last a lifetime. We want to celebrate every goal and every step you take towards it; so even if you don't reach your goal within 30 days, we want to celebrate how far you have come and how much beauty the new confidence has brought out in you.

How to take part in the 30 days to confidence challenge:

1. You have from 01/04/20 until 30/04/20 to upload a photo to Instagram or Twitter, of yourself at the beginning of your journey. Be sure to tag @elissastef / #ESconfidence30 on your post, and include proof of date on your post (ie. 01/03/20). This is your entry.
2. During the 30 days confidence challenge, you must post a minimum of 2 times per week, on the main feed of your chosen social media account to demonstrate what you are doing to achieve your pledge. This can be through workout videos or progress pictures - just don't forget to tag us with @elissastef / #ESconfidence30.
3. On the final date make sure to upload your final progress post using #ESconfidence30 / @elissastef  for a chance to win a set of your choice. The winner will be decided from a random draw following the last day of the challenge. (T&'s apply*)

*You can only enter once per person, per social media account, using both the #confidencebringsbeauty and @elissastef.(you cannot enter on both Instagram and Twitter, only one) You must have started on the dates shown above and have post on your social media of choice minimum 2 times per week. You must live in the UK or EU to win the set, if you reside outside of these locations you must be able to cover the cost of shipping only. If you win you will be contacted up to a week after the challenge has ended by one of the Elissa & Stef team.
